I fell in love with wine at 17 years old and have never looked back.
I’ve been working professionally in restaurants since 2017, drinking wine every day at work.

Always striving for the best, I have successfully completed the WSET Diploma.

I felt in love with Imma first, then with wine.
Now, I walk every day on the floor of high-end restaurants, opening bottles of wine and never stop learning.
