Lovely textile and swaths of drape flaring out from a wide wrapped waistband. No labels, appears circa 1950s but could be a bit more modern (seam tape and fabric have some age to them). Size XS S, 24" 27" waist (see measurements) Cotton, soft and sturdy weave, slight slub texture Unlined, opaque Wrap tie
