Las Pedreras, Cebreros Corral De Gargantilla, 2024 so04102025Pertinace the Petit Manseng and ManzoniOne of the highest vineyards in all of Cebreros, at 1,050 meters, on an unusual soil mix of slate, clay and granite that you rarely find together in Gredos. The name tells you what is there: the dry stone corral that once fenced the vineyard, and the gargantilla, the ravine dropping down from the Sierra de Gredos. Vines here are over sixty years old, all Garnacha, farmed organically and dry farmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts and raised in 500
