Domaine Chavet 'La Côte' Menetou-Salon Blanc, 2023 licor 43 from the writings of Kermit100% Sauvignon Blanc from the lower lying sister appellation to Sancerre, Menetou Salon. The wind is riper, showcasing more fruit and less flinty acidity, but is still the same delicious cool climate Sauvignon we have come to love. Pair it with fried cod tacos topped with pickled red cabbage.
