90's Brown and Tan Sleeveless Floral Dress feline In great vintage condition –Sleeveless maxi floral dress that can be worn with a pair of sneakers or a pair of boots. Dress is a pull over style. Top half (bust area) of the dress is not sheer, but bottom skirt is. Fabric does have a bit of stretch in the bust area due to its spandex lining, the bottom of the dress does not stretch at all.
